Revised Cole vs Misaka 1 by ShadowFrost1

The screen focuses on a dark medium sized room. Two figures are sitting on swivel chairs in front of a table. The darkness that prevented anyone from seeing them disappeared when the lights above lit up. On the left side of the table was a familiar bluette spinning around it. The clearly excited heroine wore the same outfit as always. On the right side of the table was someone in a business suit. He had a calm smile and his hair was neatly styled in a spiky manner. Odd thing about him is the bandages that covered his right hand.

Nineball: Out of all of the elemental powers out there, electrokinesis is one of the most famous ones. Being popular, some franchises have made their main characters able to harness the power of the storm-

Business Man: -to the point that they can decimate armies with said power. Or face off against giant regenerating beasts, Since they also have powers, they also have to act in a responsible fashion as a role model to the 'normal people' of their worlds. So what are they now?

Nineball: Superheroes! The heroes that are created with these abilities also faces day to day problems with enemies and morality! And working hard to save the world! Well mostly their city but world too! Time to time!

Business Man: Be a bit more decisive Nineball. Anyway, what we get now are two surprising heroes. One is a rich hard working tsundere teenager that has a thing for the Kerokero like design and a certain shonen hero. She is Misaka Mikoto.

Nineball: And the other one is a random bike courier that was granted great powers, by himself, and now deals with karmic decisions. He is Cole MacGrath. Both of them has to deal with clones of themselves, the possibility of turning into great monsters, being harassed by dark and futuristic organizations, and facing off against clingy girls who know no personal space.

Business Man: I am David G. Your resident shopkeeper, selling all kinds of magical items or souvenirs for the Death Battle Station. Also originally supposed to start all the Death Battles till this girl right here injured me in a fight with someone.

Nineball: Hehe, sorry. Oh and the name's Nineball! You probably heard of me! On TV or when volunteering! Or when I saved your life from that event yesterday!

David: But enough talk, let's see what these two lightning powered fellows can do.

...

Misaka Mikoto
AKA The Railgun, Ace of Tokiwadai, Biri-biri (Sparky)
Age: 14
Height: 5'2
Weight: ??
Species: Human 'Esper'
Occupation: 2nd-year Student of Tokiwadai, #3 Level 5 Esper

Nineball: Misaka Mikoto, also called the railgun, is the 3rd strongest Level 5.

David: Quite an impressive feat for someone who used to be Level 1.

Nineball: You see, anyone with a supernatural power, that isn't magical, is dubbed an esper and could move into a futuristic place in Japan called Academy City. Power ranking is split up there. Level 0 has people who have potential but can't use their powers right now. 1 and 2 are just bending spoons, lots of students in Academy City are here. Level 3 students could use their powers in everyday life.

David: And Level 4 and 5 are what you can call fighters. Level 4s are like soldiers while Level 5s can handle armies, alone. Level 6 is a bit more impossible and unmeasurable.. So yeah no Level 6s, 5 is the highest for now.

Nineball: But Misaka is indeed the 3rd strongest esper in the city! Despite only being a middle school student, she's able to do so many things! She really is-

David: -a main character that also serves as a hero.

Nineball: Don't cut me off!

David: Hmph. *takes out a photo of Armored Gorilla* Oh the hypocrisy.

Nineball: M-moving on!

Theme -
Feats
- Is the 3rd strongest Level 5 esper (Level 5s could take on armies)
- Assisted the shut down of the 20,000 clone project
- Saved Academy City from an AIM Bomb about to fall from space
- For a brief moment was able to access a fraction of being a Level 6
- Took on a Russian Army easily
- Able to go toe to toe with an experienced Saint (The Magic Side's equivalent of a Level 5 esper)
- Regularly saves friends and Academy City

David: So back to the point, her being the 3rd strongest esper marks her strength. She can face off with an army and win-

Nineball: -and she did! In World War 3, she fought off the Russian army without killing anyone.

David: Actually, since she used 'that' ability, I'm sure she killed some people.

Nineball: ... Wait really!? B-but she's a hero!

David: Heroes kill, Nineball. So yes, fought off an army, check. Assisted the shut down of a 20,000 clone project? Check. Nearly turned into an unmeasurable monster in her hopes to destroy the evil of the city? Heroic but slightly evil, check. Saved her city and friends on a possibly daily basis? Check. All in all, she's a superhero even if she doesn't say it.

Nineball: But she acts so nice and cheerful..

David: This top class electromaster is also able to go toe to toe with an experienced Saint. Basically the magic side's equivalent for a Level 5.

Nineball: Wait, I thought this franchise was about science? Not magic?

David: It's magic and science mixed together. Kinda like Valkyria Chronicles or uh Warcraft.

Nineball: I know those franchises very well and I really don't think they-

David: And then we have physical skills!

Physical Skills
- Light knowledge on brawling
- Not the best
Fast reactions
- Able to react to attacks
Physically fit
Stamina
- Was able to continue fighting for nights with only a bit of sleep
- Still end up fatigued

David: Physically, Misaka isn't much of a fighter. But she at least knows how to fight.

Nineball: Well it's understandable. She does have awesome powers. I only know the basics of fighting since my powers are all so cool.

David: *facepalm* ... no one likes puns Nineball...

Nineball: ... Huh? Puns?

David: Oh the-.. never mind! Misaka here has fast reactions, able to react to explosives near her. She also barely dodged laser beams that were shot from behind her that she sensed.

Nineball: She's also at least physically fit, capable of going into a marathon. Unlike that mind controller.

David: That's a minor feat compared to this one. Upon discovery of the clone project, she set to work on destroying labs at night, and resting only for a bit in the morning. So yeah, lack of sleep for a few weeks, but still able to fight effectively. Well, a bit tired compared to before.

Nineball: But physical powers of an esper aren't particularly impressive anyway! Let's move on to the powers!

Electromaster
- Immunity to electrocution
- Electrocuted her nerves to counter effect drugs but was still okay

Capable to shoot out electricity from body
Magnetism Control
1 billion Volts is maximum output

Nineball: Misaka is an electromaster, one of the strongest ever!

David: And being one grants some useful effects. She is completely immune to any sort of electrocution effect Be it taser or from other electric attacks. She's also immune to her own electricity.

Nineball: With this power she can shoot out electricity from her body and utilize magnetism! But I guess that's a standard for anyone who uses electric powers.

David: Two key defining features for electromasters indeed. Her maximum voltage is 1 billion volts by the way. Meaning, she can dish out a lot of attacks for a long amount of time.

Electric release
- Can shoot off enough voltage to only knock out a group of thugs
- Can short circuit technology, even advance futuristic robots
- Can be shot off from any point on the body, hair, arm, back
- Long range
- Attacks can be steered
- Attacks can be focused as a constant stream of lightning

Nineball: And what does she typically dish out? A multitude of electricity! Releasing 'sparks' of lightning, she can fry thugs, robots, garbage cans, vending machines, phones, well anything!

David: Well don't worry, she can control the voltage of her attacks. She can choose to knock out people instead of turning them to ash, she can control the direction they head to, and can shoot it from any point. These attacks seemed to be more powerful the more she 'charges' but even then they deal great damage from afar.

Nineball: Basically, even if she doesn't charge the attacks they're pretty powerful already. And her charging up? That might as well be overkill to anyone she's aiming to kill.

David: Yeah, good luck having a little high school student aim to kill.

Nineball: You realize this is a Death Battle and that most of the opponents are allowed to kill?

David: ... I knew that! Don't think you're smarter than me! I'm the one that prepared for the Death Battle Industry while you came out of nowhere! I'll beat you! Next!

Nineball: Calm down uncle!

Higher voltage
- Lightning Attack Spear version has larger scale
- Attack can knock away mechas smaller than a building
- Even if being blocked by barrier can 'fry' what's inside with heat alone
Lightning
- Can call in lightning bolt from a clear sky
- Powerful enough to cause a city wide blackout

David: Misaka can also use heavier attacks! Powerful attacks that would rip apart those who stand against her!

Nineball: It's true, her abilities can become more dangerous. For example her-

David: Lightning Spear can deal much more damage and even knock away a small mecha! Or fry an alien regenerating thing with electricity, even if it's using a force field! Just with the heat it develops on its own it fries the thing internally! So much voltage.

Nineball: Umm, yeah. She can also-

David: -Call in lightning bolts from the sky! Powerful enough to cause a city wide blackout, on a very advance city! Even if it's a short while it's impressive! Ha! Try to make comebacks with that!

Nineball: ... You want me to represent Cole or something?

David: Nah just a little annoyed.. you can keep going here. But go there if you want.

Nineball: Alright. Maybe you'll calm down that way.

David: Hopefully, sorry, I got a little passionate there... Anyway next up!

Electromagnetism
Lift
- Able to easily lift metallic objects
- Can hover over metallic objects
- Can walk up walls
- Can launch self from metals

David: Magnetism. The control of metallic objects.

Nineball: Umm I'm not sure if that's exactly what-

David: Miaska can interact with multiple metals this way.

Nineball: Tch, *clenches chest* now I know how it feels to be ignored.

David: Misaka's use of magnetism are quite different. She could easily lift multiple objects around her providing that they are metallic in nature. She can hover over metals and launch herself away from said metals. So kinda like a metal launch ability. Use it to move around wisely.

Nineball: Nifty on a city full of metal buildings. Or really, any place

David: With this power, she can even walk up walls and stand there like Kat from Gravity Rush. Good thing she's wearing shorts, otherwise people would be seeing some fanservice.

Nineball: Yeah. 'Fanservice,'

Metallic weapons
- Most metals
- Rails
- Quick metal scrap shields
- Iron sand

David: So we already established that Misaka can lift these metals.

Nineball: But she can also use them to fight! For offense or defense.

David: Using them as projectiles she fights by throwing large metal objects. Could be rails, possibly a car. Really any metallic object can be weaponized with her ability.

Nineball: She can also make quick shields with them! Forming last minute shields to block attacks that almost reach her!

David: Quite a good way to make use of trashy metal. Hmm, if only I had that power instead of finding out what an item can do- oh, and she can also make iron vibrate. Magnetize and vibrate it so that it's like a chainsaw.

Nineball: Deadly chainsaw!

Iron Sand
- Takes control of sand with magnetism and cause it to vibrate and buzz like a chainsaw
- Can be formed as a sword or a whip
- Powerful enough to cut off giant's limbs
- Requires a lot of dust in a large area
- Can be used to block attacks
Electricity Redirection
- Can alter the direction of certain attacks
- Can barely redirect a beam of energy

David: These sand attacks are powerful enough to slash through something that was barely hurt by a grenade launcher. Quite deadly. It can even shatter ice blocks.

Nineball: She can use it like a sword or as a whip. Although it might need a lot of dust in the area, it is still a deadly ability that can be used offensively or defensively.

David: And too add in another thing. Since Misaka is an electromaster, she can also redirect certain attacks.

Nineball: Namely beams of unknown energy but might might be related to electricity.

David: Who knows, she might be able to deal with Delsin this way. Neon versus lightning.. Anyway she is able to redirect electricity that she could see. Even being able to do so against beams of unknown energy. Although she could barely redirect it however. And there seems to be a limit to what she can deflect seeing that she couldn't do it against all those mini beams.

Nineball: But she can probably redirect a kamehameha

David: Hahahaha- no... Don't even joke... Now Accelerator on the other hand- hang on! You're trying to distract me! I'm supposed to be doing a bio!

Nineball: Huh?? No I'm not!

David: Shush! You'll get your turn with Cole soon! Back to this teenager!

Flight
- Requires Water
- Can be done over an ocean

Electric Traversal
- Can tether herself from one building to another via magnetism
- Only works on metallic surfaces

Nineball: So, she can fly... somehow..

David: She actually uses static electricity and water vapour to fly... somehow.. I'm not entirely... sure..

Nineball: Yeah, well all I believe is that electricity can make you do anything you want. Like how I can use ice to freeze anything. Even time.

David: We already established that's not how it works but you can believe what you want to believe. But regardless, Misaka can fly over oceans.

Nineball: She can also traverse across one building from another. Not just by launching herself but seemingly tethering herself from one side ot another.

David: Yes, different from before she uses arcs of electricity to traverse around. This girl is quite mobile and powerful. But that's not all!

Unique Sensory Perception of Electric type Espers
- Able to see electric, magnetic, and electromagnetic phenomena
- Created a radar giving her no blind spots at all
Telepathic Immunity
- Can easily resist mind control
Hacking
- Can hack
- Can take control of cars with this

Nineball: She also has some useful non combatant abilities. She could see electric and magnetic phenomena, meaning abilities of others.

David: Normally that would just help on finding out what an opponent can do. But she gets ahead by one level. She releases a stream of magnetic waves that allows her to form a radar around her.

Nineball: Basically a radar that tells her whatever's happening around her.

David: Due to said radar she also became immune to mind control effects. All kinds of mind control doesn't work on her. Except for drugs it would seem. Drugs seemed to work online.

Nineball: And if she needs to, she could hack online.

David: Hack anything with just her electricity. Although that won't be really useful in this DB, she can take control of cars. Maybe as a distraction. But enough talk, time about the utilities. It's time for us to head to the big guns.

Nineball: The special moves!

Iron Sand Storm
- Can be controlled in a wide range
- Almost like a tidal wave
- Requires large space and lots of iron
Railgun - Light Artillery
- Signature ability
- Can shoot out coins 3x the speed of sound
- Very accurate with it
- Massive damage, first use could've destroyed a building
- Range of 50 meters
- Can be fired at 8 shots per minute

David: One particular ability is the iron sand storm. Powerful enough to cut through flesh easily, and has a wide area coverage, this is a version where Misaka can use a tidal wave's worth of sand. By utilizing this ability, Misaka is able to deal devastating damage to an enemy or a group.

Nineball: Requires lots of iron sand but it is deadly and dangerous! If she ever went serious she'll shred you apart!

David: Then you have her signature ability. The railgun.

Nineball: The railgun! The flip a coin and shoot it like a mega beam of death!

David: Using coins as a conduit of the energy, this attack has a reach of 50 meters and travel three times the speed of sound. Able to cause gigantic explosions and destroy anything it hits.

Nineball: From recent feats, she's able to make a car fly with it. Accurately destroy the 'heart' of a monster thing. It was also able to accurately shoot down a chopper without killing the riders, hit a small projectile accurately. She said so herself, she can control the output of each one, but usually she uses coins for these.

David: But then you have the time when she actually uses a much more powerful version

Heavier Artillery
- Can shoot out a shotgun burst version, in theory
- When used on a giant mech arm, able to destroy a giant mecha
- From the stratosphere, able to use a small spaceship and use it as ammunition to destroy a target in space

David: First of all, there is a theory that she could shoot out a shotgun like blast with her railguns.

Nineball: In theory, and since she never did that, we won't use it. But it's still a feat.

David: But however, she was able to use a mecha's arm own against it. See that above?

Nineball: Woah woah woah! That's OP! I mean! Look at it! It looks like a kamehameha!

David: It's all that energy gathered in that one single arm. Able to reach way way farther than 50 meters and rip through a giant mecha. Pretty, devastating.

Nineball: Wait hang on.. Is she in space on that last video!? Is she in- and that's a huge explosion!!

David: Not quite Nineball. The explosion is from a different source, from a nuke weapon that she destroyed. And she's only on the stratosphere. She used an entire spaceship to shoot down a nuke in the outer space.

Nineball: Ah, wait. How come you didn't include the part where she can survive the stratosphere's cold temperatures and having little oxygen to breathe.

David: Because she would've died if she stayed any longer. They were only up there for half a minute at best. But yes, that's pretty much how devastating Misaka could be. Capable of shooting a giant weapon towards enemies and killing them outright. This would be a formidable foe.

Nineball: Your'e forgetting the last transformation.

David:... Okay, this one is a bit more debatable. Misaka's Level 6 transformation

Level 6 Transformation
Initial = 2% of Level 6
- A transformation ability that enhances Misaka but slowly turns her into something that will be immeasurable
- Change of appearance, example are ribbon like diamonds near her
- Manipulates the weather
- Can summon a lightning bolt that encompasses a large skyscraper, being the most lethal lightning strike ever recorded
- Can form a gigantic building sized scrap of metal
- Can shoot out giant beams of electricity

David: The path to becoming a Level 6... Since Level 6 is an immeasurable power level, that would put Level 6 at around a god or more. But since Misaka never reached Level 6, only reaching a fraction of the power, it's more of a giant power boost.

Nineball: So it's more like 5.02

David: But even then, her powers are quite devastating. Influencing the weather to summon a storm in a minute or two, create a building sized boulder of scraps, and shooting out beams of lightning, casually.

Nineball: That's a pretty op form! But then again she is using lightning against someone who drains lightning...

David: And that's the initial phase. Let's move on to the other forms.

First Transformation
- Body changes more
- Abilities are stronger than before
- Ribbons can be used offensively, described as compressed masses of energy
Second Transformation
- Abilities are enhanced again
- Changes the state of the area
- Can channel a blast that could destroy more than just a city

David: First transformation? Increases power in exchange for that antenna things. Arms and legs connect to a bunch of diamond ribbon things. But with that strange alien power, she might as well be ultra powerful!

Nineball: Umm, it says those ribbons contain compressed energy. Powerful enough to pin a fellow Level 5.

David: Okay, strange diamond ribbon things that are compressed energy? Well that counts as a weapon then.

Nineball: On her next form the place changes too and becomes... more filled with energy.

David: Again compressed and unknown energy. Even a fellow Level 5 couldn't tell what type of energy it was. It was just powerful and dangerous enough to potentially destroy this place. Why? Because all that time she was charging up a giant blast that could destroy more than just a city. Takes time to channel though.

Nineball: Pretty much a sure fire kill on an enemy who can't survive that.

David: And herself too.

Nineball: Huh??

David: Which brings us to the weaknesses!

Weakness
- A teenager, can get cocky, surprised, angry and underestimate others
- Body is still of a teenager, making her a glass cannon
- Although large amount of electricity within body, recharges by sleeping
- Final Transformation will slowly kill Misaka

David: First of all she's a teenager. She has a body of one even though she has amazing external mind powers. Her body is frail and still physically normal. Meaning she's a glass cannon.

Nineball: Hey! I'm a teenager! But I can take a hit!

David: Like a normal teenager, she is also prone to emotions. She could underestimate others, be cocky, prone to taunts, and get angry. Like a teenager with super powers inside a super powered city, her emotions are something you can toy around with if you know how to do it.

Nineball: I take so much offense to that!

David: But regardless of that, she is powerful. She is deadly! She is mobile, and she has a variety of dangerous powers to deal with most situations. This covers up Misaka Mikoto, the railgun. Be careful of this tsundere, because she will fry you hard. With the finesse of a mature dignified lady.

Nienball: That's awfully specific!

"Hey, do you know what a railgun is?"

...

Cole MacGrath
AKA The Electric Man, The Demon of Empire City, The Prime Conduit
Age: Early 20s
Height: 6’0
Weight: 170lbs
Occupation: Pre-Blast, bike courier. Currently a superhero

David: Next up is Cole MacGrath. Your resident karmic hero.

Nineball: Being someone who was chosen by his future self, he received the powers of electricity at the cost of Empire City's devastation. Becoming a hunted man for having 'bombed' the Empire City, he now has to pick between becoming a hero and a villain, hunting down a villain in the process.

David: Basically he's the hero of the game InFamous franchise. And he took down multiple factions that would've been kicking around the military, and the military.

Nineball: Like Misaka he also has to deal with clones, privacy invading people and annoying mind controllers. Oh and the theme of lightning. So let's get started with this!

Theme -

Feats:
- Survived the collapse of the Junk Tower, the tallest structure in Empire City, almost completely unscathed
- Survived a bomb that took out six city blocks, and attacks that could easily kill
- Defeated many powerful opponents, including his vastly more powerful future self alongside an organization 100 years ahead of their time and a queen of the vampires
- Also defeated factions of enemies that could easily curbstomp the military, and the military easily
- Defeated The Beast easily, something that needed a nuke to be taken down, at the end of his game
- Regularly saves Empire City and New Marais

Nineball: Cole survived many things. The collapse of the Junk tower, easily the tallest structure in Empire City, seemingly unscathed, barely even feeling the impact. He was also the sole survivor of the bomb that killed many in the Empire City's Historic District. The perks of being a fated hero.

David: Basically, he was lucky to survive. But yes, Cole MacGrath is powerful. He was able to defeat multiple powerful groups in Empire City and New Marais. Ranging from mind controlled gang bangers, telekinetic homeless men, vampires, swamp monsters, an ice version of the super soldiers, and the military. Oh and most importantly, the Beast

Nineball: The Beast! He stopped it! He defeated it!

David: Well true, but he didn't really defeat it. More like curbstomp it, and then realize he can't kill it permanently. Until he killed himself with the RFI.

Nineball: The woes of becoming a hero! A heroic sacrifice! What a way to go! Or you could also pick the most evil of all options and kill your best friend and become a really overpowered monster.

David: I'd go for the latter. Now on to the skills!

Nineball: What!?

Skills:
- Parkour
- Urban Explorer
- Brawling

David: In the past, Cole MacGrath was a courier before his hero days. He practiced parkour and is quite an urban explorer, going around the sewers of Empire City and the New Marais Ruins. Definitely not the expy of New Orleans.

Nineball: Like a hero of the urban, Cole can also fight close up. Not just relying on his powers.

David: That is true. Cole can brawl with a group of people. We can attribute this to his strength from being a conduit but even though he's quite skilled in close up fighting. But then again all the bosses in the game need freaking lightning to die..

Nineball: Well going in melee is pretty useful!

Physical and Conduit Skills
Enhanced Strength
- Can lift a giant metal weapon easily and fight giant monsters with it
- Can bench press a giant monster
Enhanced Durability
- Can get up after a direct hit from a rocket launcher
- Was grabbed by the Beast but survived being crushed
- Survived being ran over by a freight truck years ago
Enhanced Agility
- Fast enough to climb buildings
- Can get around pretty fast as a delivery man
Enhanced Stamina
- Never tires out despite weeks of fighting and not even eating
Enhanced Regeneration
- Can regenerate from lethal wounds in seconds if unharmed for awhile

Nineball: Cole here can easily fight and damage large monsters with a metal weapon. Also, see that monster up above, middle section? If it attempts to eat him, there's a chance that Cole can bench press his way out of it!

David: And that's one of the heaviest monsters in the game. Strong arms you got there Cole. Perks with being a hero? Or did you skip leg day

Nineball: Hey, heroes always train hard you know!

David: Explain the durability feats then...

Nineball: ... That's a conduit thing... Anyway he could survive taking lethal hits, say couple of sniper rifle bullets to the head, minigun to the face for a bit, and a rocket to the head. Those he can survive, for a bit at least.

David: I was actually talking about the part where he got ran over by a freight truck before he got his powers. Something that shoul've killed him, but he was back up and walking in a few days. And when he got grabbed by the gigantic Beast who can throw giant statues across cities. Explain.

Nineball: Oh... umm... eh... training? Perks as a conduit? Perks as a conduit! Like how he can easily climb up buildings, regenerate from lethal damage in awhile, and keep on fighting! Next up! Enhanced attacks!

Enhanced Close range attacks
Gigawatt Blades
- Can shred flesh with ease
Thunder Drop
- Powerful drop attack
- Kinetic Force version
- Electrocution Force version
Amp
- Useful for certain uses

Inline image 1

Nineball: Cole has enhanced melee attacks, being able to knock away enhanced humans. Even being able to lift a grown man easily.

David: Hmph, that's my style.. To switch the topic.

Nineball: But that's not all! He has the gigawatt blades! Powerful claws that could one shot anyone! Being able to electrocute someone to death or shred through a giant's flesh. Said giant can survive a building buster bomb, and start fighting again in seconds!

David: Then you have the thunder drop. By draining static electricity from the air as you fall, you drop down with a huge explosion. Or you have the version that electrocutes everyone instead.

Nineball: The higher the better! And then the amp. The heavy steel weapon that dishes out physical and electric damage!

David: Hey Nineball... This prelude... It's getting too long... Let's hasten up the pace okay.

Nineball: Really? Um okay! I'll do my best!

Radar
- Natural map allows Cole to see geological location, height, and water
- Sense people, energy sources, and unnatural things
- Can see inside bodies
- Can detect hostile intent
'Clairovyance'
- After overcharge can see future use of powers
- Sense dead people
A bit of telepathic defense

Nineball: With radar pulse Cole has a constant minimap telling him where enemies and buildings are alongside energy sources. He could even see inside people's bodies and detect hostile intent, and anything unnatural.

David: Resistance to mind control is something he developed too. And whenever he gets a new power-

Nineball: He gets a short future sight, but that's not important here.

Lightning Bolts
- Pincer
- Artillery
- Magnum
- Stream
- Lightning
Precision bolt
- Can see bullets and fans move
Overload Burst
- No cost energy, charges up, can destroy cars and enemies easily

Nineball: *voices becomes slightly faster* Then you have bolts, ranging from single fire alpha. Pincer, Artillery, magnum, stream and the classic lightning bolt of the past. Feeling slow? Use Precision to see bullets and spinning fans. That way you can also snipe the drones around the city

David: For extra damage you can also charge up the overload burst. Lotsa electricity and can also one shot a lot of things. Best thing yet? No cost of energy.

Nineball: Moving on!

Grenades (Can restrain and easily take out vehicles in one shot)
- Sticky
- Stalker
- Electrocution
- Cluster

Nineball: *speeds up a little again then* Then you have grenades, capable of oneshotting cars and walls. You have the sticky version, Cole can control the stickiness by the way! Electrocution shortly becomes an electric trap that stuns before exploding, stalker follows your enemies, cluster for aoe. Oh and the single blast version can also restrain weak enemies.

David: Moving on?

Rocket (Reverse Magnetism effect, can destroy vehicles in one hit)
- Sticky
- Redirect
Tesla Missile
- Use to recharge power plants
- Kill things in one hit

Nineball: *faster voice again* Rockets, capable of oneshotting vehicles again. Sticky version that homes in, redirect rockets change directions via bolts. Potential for the reverse gravity effect that leaves enemies floating? Redirect rocket does that. You can kabam them, like boom! Vulnerable!

David: Then you have the Tesla-

Nineball: Missile! Tesla Missile which can be steered and nearly oneshots everything! It also helps Cole recharge downed power station. Moving on!

David: Umm Nine-

Shockwave
- Easily lifts cars
- Graviton effect
- Sniper blast version
- Detonation blast version
- Omni-directional Version
- Can redirect rockets

Nineball: Shockwaves that can lift cars! Graviton effect can make enemies float. Sniper blast version has longer range, detonation blast leaves an explosive orb of energy that you can shoot to detonate, leave as a mine, or jump on to boost from.

David: Defensively shockwaves can-

Nineball: This thing can redirect rockets too! Gosh uncle you're too slow! Gotta go faster than that! The word limit is dangerous! Of course Cole can also release an omnidirectional blast around him but I don't know why hahaha but moving on!

David: H-hey! Hey Nineball!

Shoot out lightning arcs
- Can bust metal
- Can be aimed at multiple targets
- Focused
- Fry a person inside out
- Can be shot out omnidirectionally

Nineball: Let's try some comic feats! Cole can bust armored airship carrier metal walls housing conduits with his lightning! Can be aimed at multiple targets, can fry a person inside out despite wearing a rubber suit, and focus. Moves like real lightning! Can also be shot out in an omnidirectional way! Moving on!

David: Hey Nineball! This is not what people want!

Magnetism
- Can magnetize objects
- Weaponize a metallic object
- Redirect rockets accurately at the last second
Kinetic Pulse
- Weaponize any objects, even pizza box
- Can be used on enemies

Nineball: *voice is faster again* So magnetism! Cole can also use magnetism to fight! Turn something into a weapon! Even a pizza box that explodes! A car is perfect! Oh for defense he can also redirect a rocket at the last second! Nice reflexes! Maybe you can deflect a railgun, that would be so cool! And then he can also lift people and throw them away! Nice job! They explode with a blast Moving on!

David: She's ranting like there's no tomorrow... I can't stop her...

Static Thrusters
- Improved and slight hover
- Can enhance grind and glide
Electric Grind
- Grind on wires, rails, and power lines
- Drains energy
- Can launch from cars and generators
Pulse Heal - Heals others
Arc Restraint - restrain enemies
Bio Leech - leeches enemies for energy

Nineball: *speaking very fast now* Then you have the more useful abilities! Traversal ones, static thrusters gives flight and slightly boosts your height, even improve your speed when induction grind, said ability allows you to grind on wires and rails and even boost yourself up those electric tower rail things, even launch yourself from cars, even from destroyed cars! Oh how awfully like Misaka doncha think David

David: Well-

Nineball: -but wait there's more! He can heal others, restrain others with lightning tethers, and even leech others for energy! Not locked onto good karma, so Cole can use it, which is pretty stupid cause it's evil, but then again it's kinda like a moral thing so I definitely understand hahahaha let's keep on going shall we? Moving on!

David: Nineball! *snaps finger*

Lightning Tether/Hook
- Pull self
- Pull targets (even cars)
- Can electrocute what it hits
Polarity Wall
- Large shield

Nineball: *eyes are beginning to swirl danganronpa junko style* You know a funny thing about Cole, he gets called electric spiderman, a lot, and he is now, he should have a theme song now! Ha! Lightning tether electrocutes others from afar, want to get closer, go ahead, Cole wants to pull them in? Go ahead! Heck he can do both! Funny thing, Cole can easily lift cars!

David: Hey Nineball! Snap out of this! What's wrong with you!?

Nineball: You said gotta go fast David, so I'm speaking fast right now definitely fast, no time to slow down! Oh remember Cole's shield, the one that turns bullets and beams into energy? Here it is! Pretty cool! Let's keep going! Op shield, wish he can form scrap metal shields would be so much cooler, epic, hah, I wish he can make bubble shields, like Master Chief

David: *does a karate chop*

Nineball: *falls unconscious*

David: *looks at camera, then back at Nineball, pulls her away into another room,*

David: *from outside, dials a phone* Yeah... she's out cold... no idea... it's your first week here... come on.... they'll love you.... okay, you can wear a disguise... alright thanks *goes back*... I honestly have no clue what happened... It could be the coffee she got from Cel... But moving on...

Charge
- Can drain electricity into body, any type of electricity (heals and restores energy)
- Immunity to electricity
- Can power up electric sources
Karmic Overcharge and effects
- Less harm to civilians
- Recharge energy if hitting enemy with bolts
- Overcharge energy for a short while

David: Cole here however has a weakness. He needs electricity. He needs it to power up his attacks. He's immune to being electrocuted, except for maybe his future self who has studied him ever since he arrived. So yeah, he can drain electricity, even the electric beams shot off by his own self.. This way he heals his body and recovers electricity.

*strange noise*

David: *looks around a bit worried* But yeah, he can also power up electronics. From batteries to substations. This guy can really do a lot with lightning. So he's your everyday hero technician. He also has an ability that grants him an infinite amount of electricity for awhile, but it needs karma? Regardless, it's a one time use only here. And as a passive, I guess he recovers energy when he hits someone

Generator jump
- Releases arcs of lightning everywhere
Overcharge
- Unlock new powers
- Infinite flight
- Missile bolts, powerful attacks
- Infinite energy for a good amount of time

David: Which brings us to his other abilities. When Cole jumps off of something that has overloaded, he becomes overloaded for a short amount of time. The lesser effect however requires him to keep on grinding on rails and wires.

*mysterious thumping sound again*

David: *looks around starting to sweat* But yeah, if he does overcharge himself to the max... Well for a good amount of time, Cole unlocks infinite flight. He can also unlock new powers and can now use missile bolts, powerful missile like bolts that can reach a target a city block or two. And Cole also gets infinite energy!

Door slams open

David: Gah!

A red hooded figure pops up from the door. They are wearing a full red cloak that prevents anyone from figuring out who they are, not even their gender. Well just a hint, it's a girl. A woman.

Red hood: It's me! I have arrived! Your new co-host that will remain unknown for the duration of this Death Battle!

David: Just continue the Death Battle please. She's worrying me.

Red hood: Alright. *takes a seat* Sup viewers? I'll be the resident Death Battle Station beauty~ Next to Cel of course.

David: Let's finish this! I'm worried about the word count okay!

Cryokinesis
- Mini-icicles, Shatter Blast
- Ice grenade
- Freeze Rocket
- Ice Barrier
- Ice pillars
- Frost Shield

David: So, the electric man isn't just electric.

Red hood: In a surprising fashion, he could also use ice attacks!

David: By manipulating ice, he could shoot out icicles. He could also use an ice grenade and rocket that forms barriers of ice, or freeze targets. Useful CC against enemies or just to defend. He could also use pillars.

Red hood: To either launch himself away or launch an opponent away! Usable in the air too, letting the ice blocks fall on enemies. And then the Frost Shield, which is supposed to be an enhanced version of Polarity Wall, I think.

David: Nineball woudl've loved this part. She is an ice hero.

Red hood: Hehe that would be quite cool. She really does that. Speaking of her, where is she now? You said she drank coffee-

*thumping sound*

Red hood: ... What is that sound?

David: We don't have much time, let's finish this!

Ionics - uses ionic charges
Ionic Freeze
- Freezes and releases stalagmites that pierces and damages giant monsters
Ionic Vortex
- Large range and picks up anything
- Controllable if channeled
Ionic Storm
- Rain of lightning bolts
- Long range, lightning fast'
- Shoot at multiple directions, accurate
- Powerful enough to destroy something that needed a nuke to be taken down
- Can use up own electricity instead of ionic charge
- Could destroy barriers
- Could be channeled to summon multiple times

Ionic Vortex by ShadowFrost1

David: For ionic charges Cole can use ionic abilities. For example Ionic Freeze.

Red hood: With a swing of your hands, freeze an entire street in front of you! Select who you freeze and if needed, summon the ice spikes that would tear apart your enemies! Can damage even the largest of beasts.

David: Then you have the storm hurricane. Ionic Vortex is a powerful tornado that comes out of freaking nowhere!

Red hood: It easily picks up anything in its path and electrocutes anything in there. Even cars. Funny thing about this? Cole can also steer it and make it last longer than before. Even ending it with a lightning strike. Forces him to channel when he can usually move about.

David: And then the lightning storm. The rain of lightning bolts that could end anything.

Red hood: See that move up there? Can be used in multiple directions and take out running military soldiers accurately. And then the distance feat, allows him to destroy a barrier. And then sink an airship carrier while at the same time killing something that absorbs electricity to live.

David: It is also the same move that ended the Beast, temporarily. And that was the thing easily curbstomping the military and needed a nuke to die. But then it regenerated in a few minutes, with a black hole.

Red hood: Seeing all this from both contenders, they really love to use the 'shock and awe' presentation.

David: Yes they do, and like Misaka, Cole also has his own weaknesses.

Weakness
- Requires electricity to fight in the best way possible
- Takes damage from being soaked on water that is too deep
- Triggers explosives, guns and fuel with contact

David: Cole does not mix well with gunpowder or fuel.. He can't ride inside cars, and certain can't use guns. He also cannot touch fuel or he'll make it explode.

Red hood: He also requires a lot of energy to fight. Good thing there's a city to absorb it from, but he still needs electricity.

David: Cole also does not mix well with water. He doesn't have full control of the electricity inside his body and as such electricity is released on water when he steps on it. He gets a bit damaged but he also electrocutes and kills anyone who is also on the water.

Red hood: But then again, he did survive falling to the sea for a short time. Remember that Beast fight?

David: That might be great, but in the end, will that be enough against Misaka? Cole MacGrath is a man trained to fight by his own future self. His powers rushed to fight off enemies a normal human cannot beat, would this be enough to win against Misaka? Who has her own transformation?

Red hood: Tune in next time to see who wins!

"Half as long, twice as bright."

...

David: *sighs* and that's a wrap. Thanks for coming in in such a short notice. I was really worried since something happened to Nineball.

Red hood: Yeah yeah, I know.

The woman takes off her cloak, revealing a violet haired red eyed woman. A mature woman! She looked like she was mid 20s. And her clothing is like a European descent. Oh and she has fangs.

Vampire: That was actually pretty easy for a first time Death Battle. I'm really excited on doing-

Wall nearby suddenly shatters. Both hosts jump in surprise. Behind the broken wall, was... a familiar blue clad figure. With a very familiar set of spiraling red eyes. And she's carrying a sword.

Crazy Nineball: Hey hey hey what did I miss? Did I miss anything big huh huh hu? Oh did you finish it for me thanks so much but do you know that vampires are inherently evil? Let me kill you let me kill you, that way the hero wins

David: Nineball... You should probably get away-

Vampire: Hah! Are you telling me to run away? I won't! *proud stance* I am a vampire! Remilia Scarlet of the Scarlet Household! I am 1000 years old and I am the strongest vampire in existence. You shall fear this name for I will-

Crazy Nineball: *appears in front of Remilia and sucker punches her* Villains monologue too much

Remilia: *crashes into the camera*

End

...

Tune in next time to see who wins
Comment please

Misaka Zap by ShadowFrost1Cole Zap by ShadowFrost1
 ending f
A solo project. Worked hard for this and I made it! The prelude between the two strongest electromasters! That are my favorite at least. These two are going to fight in a certain wonderful amusement park.

But honestly, new things

Don't give Nineball coffee and rush her, that happens
She goes crazy
And secondly, I'll fix this later for mistakes

And thanks to :icongokuvssuperman117: for that DB image. Sorry Abe, couldn't use yours

Death Battle Link: Not here yet

I don't own the contenders
Misaka Mikoto is from To aru Kagaku/Majutsu
Cole MacGrath is from InFamous
Remilia Scarlet is from Touhou Project
I however take full ownership of Nineball and David G. Yes, Nineball is indeed a girl
