Death Battles have been pretty popular around. With diverse characters fighting each other. From obscure to famous, to ones from games, novels, movies and many other shows. I have read and seen many Death Battles and even seen some debates. So, today, I join the Death Battles with a few matchups that haven't been done before. I, Nineball, will finish this death battle! Temporary name for your information.

Anyway today's contenders are both infamous in the city of Seattle. But of course I can't handle the first Death Battle without a co-host, so I'll go with someone temporarily. Armored Gorilla!

Armored Gorilla: I'm not sure if I should be here.

Nineball: Oh don't be shy you big ape! Otherwise I'm going to have to ask for money instead of borrowing you from your owner!

Armored Gorilla: Well. A debt has to be paid. But why am I sent to do a meager job of reading a scri-

Nineball: Continuing on, this is a Death Battle prelude. This will cover up feats, the strength, and many other skills of our contenders. For today's matchup, they both live in Seattle, where superheroes have popped up. Or villains. Depending on your view.

Armored Gorilla: Well, in truth I think if anyone saw a person with superpowers in real life they wouldn't call them a freak. They'd either be jealous or amazed.

Nineball: True. Unless they decided that what they're seeing is fake. Like for example, that cyborg costume. You trying to imitate Raiden?

Armored Gorilla: I'm an actual cy-

Nineball: Anyway! Today our Death Battle contenders are currently residing in Seattle. They both have amazing super powers and a lot of people are amazed and afraid of them. They both fight against authority some point in their franchise, and later on someone close to them dies because of their actions. One of them is Delsin Rowe, from the average new generation game InFamous Second Son, the super powered hero or villain of Seattle. The other is Andrew Detmer, another super powered freak that lives in Seattle and the protagonist of the great movie Chronicle.

A picture of the Space Needle pops up. Current time is Dusk and there seems to be a storm coming, mostly cloudy. Barely any people are outside.

Armored Gorilla: As a Death Battle between only two people, I'm assuming there'll be no  civilians.

Nineball: Nope. No assistance or hindrance from either side. So no army of pebble throwers. Sadly.

Armored Gorilla: Alright, then we should start the Death Battle. I'm a bit busy after th-

Andrew Detmer
AKA: The Apex Predator
Age: 15-17
Height: ??
Weight: ??
Species: Human
Occupation: High School student, Seattle Villain
Feats:
- Caused major destruction in the city of Seattle despite being heavily injured
- Casually took out SWAT teams without much effort
- Developed his powers the most compared to his other super powered friends

Nineball: Andrew Detmer. He is the son of a mostly drunk abusive father and a deathly ill mother and goes to a public school.

Armored Gorilla: That's a backstory for a villain if I've ever seen one. Also can you please not cut me o-

Nineball: He might fall trap to that trope but Andrew is the protagonist of the movie Chronicle. He lived an unsatisfactory life, being a high school student that is bullied by your average jocks and father. One day he decided to film his life, kinda like a digital biography. If it wasn't for that camera, he wouldn't be where he is now

Armored Gorilla: ... That could be a good thing or a bad thing... Huh, I wasn't cut o-

Nineball: Because of his camera, he was dragged along by his cousin and a friend to film something that was inside a hole. Which is a large glowing blue crystalline alien object that constantly lets out strange noises. An alien thing. So after succumbing to nosebleeds and strange headaches from the alien object, the story cuts out revealing that the three students who were there, now have telekinetic powers.

Armored Gorilla: And for once in their life things finally started looking up for Andrew. He finally had fun with his new friend Steve and old childhood friend Matt because of their powers. Things were going well for him.

Nineball: You seem okay with doing this death battle despite being having your creator blackmailed.

Armored Gorilla: Wait, what? What do you mean by black-

Nineball: Moving on!

Powers:
Telekinesis:
Can lift or make objects float with his mind
- Lift multiple objects around him
- Can catch moving objects
- Control is skilled enough to play with legos
- Can target things behind vision
- Can later lift something as heavy as a bus and move it easily
- Can form images on liquid accurately or blend a drink

Nineball: With the power of telekinesis Andrew is able to lift things with his mind. He can control multiple objects such as cards, legos, and balls around him. There is no clear limit to how many Andrew can lift or where he can interact as he was able to lift objects from his sides, from afar and even behind him.

Armored Gorilla: You have to love what they did next. I would've done the same thing.

Nineball: Indeed. Since him and his friends just got these cool new powers, what they did is they 'tested' their abilities. Mostly by messing around. Such as moving a parked car to play a prank on a lady, scaring a little girl with a floating magic bear, and using a leaf blower from afar to see up girl's skirts.

Armored Gorilla: Power Perversion Potential?

Nineball: Yes. Power Perversion Potential. However compared to his friends though, Andrew was the one that developed his ability the most. Like the rest of them he could lift objects with his mind. He usually does this for his camera. However if they used their powers too much they would suffer from nosebleeds. As one of them said, it's like a muscle.

Armored Gorilla: Maybe he's thinking of naughty things while using his power?

Nineball: No... This movie wasn't an anime. It's just overuse of their powers... Regardless Andrew is able to do the most with his power. Making a camera float with ease, lift multiple cards around him, play with legos and build a miniature Space Needle. Despite the nosebleed effect he's the one that matured the most with this power.

Armored Gorilla: He was an ace with this power. Or at least he uses this power too much. If I have a power I could train I would keep doing it Skyrim style.

Nineball: Good thing too. By training, they could do more than just lifting and catching moving baseballs with their minds.

Armored Gorilla: They could let you toss away a gun ending up with you getting injured more?

Nineball: More than that.

Telekinesis that could affect self:
- Flight - Can hover in midair
Barrier
- Enhanced Strength
- Can deflect damage
Telekinetic Bursts
 - Telekinetic Bullets
 - Telekinetic Punch

Nineball: Developed by his good friend Steve, they discovered the ability to fly. Or rather carry themselves into the air. By 'lifting' themselves instead of a different target they are able to fly into the skies above them. They have enough control to even play football in the air and never let the ball drop. Andrew himself was able to save his friend and the camera when a plane knocked them out of their 'flight'. Later on he seemed to develop this ability to the point where he can launch into the sky by a dozen meters, and land accurately to his destination with no visible damage to him.

Armored Gorilla: For combat oriented abilities he can also form barriers, enhance his own physical capabilities with said barrier and use telekinetic attacks. Now we're getting into a more fighter oriented power!

Nineball: His barrier is strong and firm, able to survive a point blank gas station explosion. This barrier was also strong enough for his friend to survive a bus ambush attack.

Armored Gorilla: Basically his friend shook off a 60mph bus slamming him into a building. Pretty comedic scene in a way. But also cool. And that would mean Andrew has a shield that could do the same, or do better. Andrew seemed to also have this barrier on the whole time. Unless using his most powerful-

Nineball: Don't even say it!

Armored Gorilla: ... The power?

Nineball: Not yet. Focus on what we have right now.

Armored Gorilla: Okay? It was part of the script. Umm, by boosting his strength, Andrew was able to slam his father into a wall and hold him up with one hand. Then toss him across the room after that. Some good fighting potential here.

Nineball: Although his physical enhancements are good, his TK powers are better used from afar. His 'telekinetic bullets' are enough to kill a thug in one hit. His telekinetic punches which were usually done by punch motions are also enough to kill thugs in one hit. Their impact and strength are also controlled by Andrew since he used this on a regular person that was only out of commission for a minute. This would be Andrew's signature moves in this battle. But he can also use external factors to help him out in this battle.

Armored Gorilla: It is getting stormy in Seattle tonight.

Slight Weather Control
Cloud Manipulation
- Can part clouds or influence their path
Lightning Bolt
- Can manipulate the flow of lightning to a path

Nineball: Andrew can manipulate the path of clouds or part them. Can't exactly be used offensively but could be a good idea for stealth or for simply showcasing how Andrew can part whatever smoke attack Delsin sends. Another ability could be one of his most powerful moves in his arsenal.

Armored Gorilla: This was also the ability that was the start of it all. The start of his downfall. His first kill. The path to being a killer. It was-

Nineball: A lightning bolt. By redirecting the storm in the clouds while floating there, Andrew was able to strike down what he perceived as his enemy.

Armored Gorilla: Basically a lightning bolt without the lightning ever touching the ground.

Nineball: This was enough to take out a fellow 'Chronicle' and was an ability Andrew used when he started to get angry.

Armored Gorilla: The path to evil begins now! These are the abilities that would be used the moment he began to join the dark side.

- Able to crush a car that was behind him by clenching his fist
- Rip apart a small spider into separate specific parts
- Rip apart someone's tooth without the need to see their teeth

Nineball: Although relatively minor, Andrew is able to crush a car that was behind him simply by clenching his fist. No need to look behind, just crush the car and break it as much as possible while giving a speech about Apex Predators.

Armored Gorilla: Flandre? Stan?

Nineball: Who?

Armored Gorilla: Nothing. Just someone I know.

Nineball: Well be quiet while I talk about a badass anti-hero with tk powers. The other things he did was accurately rip apart a spider and pull off someone's tooth. For the spider he split it apart into many pieces, specific parts in fact. And I would love to have that power to get rid of those things.

Armored Gorilla: But they're not so bad you know. Some spiders hunt down most harmful insects to-

Nineball: I will not stop being afraid of spiders no matter what... Anyway Andrew was also able to 'cleanly' pull off someone's tooth out of their mouth. The whole thing. It involved blood, but only from the gap where their tooth used to be. The other two victims weren't as lucky since half their teeth were probably pulled out from afar. Now if Andrew can do this with just their teeth, then there's no stopping him from just pulling someone's organ off their body.

That would be a living hell for anyone that has internal organs. Even Cole. But of course he also has some sort of trump card.

Armored Gorilla: I wouldn't call losing your sanity and becoming intensely powerful a trump card... Wait no.

Nineball: Although not really official, the moments Andrew became angry as hell and used his powers for violence became known as his Apex Predator Mode. Or berserk form. Either way, Andrew loses all sorts of finesse with his ability but gets a boost in power. A massive one!

Apex Predator Mode - Loses all finesse and goes berserk but gets a massive power boost.
- Throws a bus at a fast enough speed to surprise a fellow power user
- Despite being pinned down, able to flip a police car
- Able to throw a lamp post with a very strong force
- Able to stop volleys of bullets firing from a large group of SWAT by screaming
Shockwave - Launches a massive omnidirectional TK Blast
- A small one was strong enough to be comparable to a bomb
- A large one was enough to knock away everything in a park
Amplifies his power by screaming or being angry
- Can also slowly destroy his surroundings by doing so

Nineball: Despite the Seattle Rampage being a fun watch by itself, it also showcases Andrew's capabilities. He is able to throw a bus at fast enough speed to take his friend by surprise. Far distance travelled too reaching all the way to a nearby building. All of that done while floating with a bunch of cameras around him. So that's some range to pick up a bus as an attack. You also have to take note this was done near the top of the Seattle Space Needle.

Armored Gorilla: I'm surprised he was able to ambush his friend.

Nineball: So It's like this. The 'other' hero tries to talk sense into the villain. Then, after a badass sentence, Kabam! The magic flying bus hits you in the face and crashes with you into that building.

Armored Gorilla: Many more events happened. Despite being pinned down by his friend after a brutal fall he was able to flip a nearby police car that stopped nearby. Andrew was also able to throw the lamppost with enough force to send a car it hits flying a good dozen meters or two. By screaming he was able to stop multiple magazines from a full SWAT Team that was firing at him. They were mostly around him but all of the bullets were halted. Just by screaming with all his rage.

Nineball: Eren and Kratos, take note from this guy.

Armored Gorilla: Lastly, his most destructive attack. The Shockwave.

Nineball: It is just so brilliant. An omnidirectional TK blast that knocks away anything in its path, or destroys whatever's left. A small version was enough to destroy the whole room he was on without harming him. From outside it looked like a bomb. The last time Andrew used this attack was against the SWAT. After halting their current attack, Andrew retaliated with a massive version of this that knocked away the SWAT Team and their cars surrounding him. Keep in mind that they were fighting in a large open space too and the SWAT Team wasn't too close.

Armored Gorilla: He seems to also get more powerful in this mode depending on his rage. Being able to do things that he was unable to do, or never thought of. Either way, massive destruction happens if you piss off Andrew.

Nineball: Don't forget some minor capabilities he had.

Misc Capabilities or Items
- Regularly abused
- Ignores damage done to his body in a battle
- Gets stronger the more times he practice an ability
- Likes Cameras

Armored Gorilla: Being abused by his dad physically and emotionally everyday, Andrew should be able to take a few hits without his shield... Is this really a feat?

Nineball: Eh. Maybe it means he can take a punch or two from a superhuman.

Armored Gorilla: Okay. In his rampage Andrew also ignored the injuries to his body. Well the injuries until he died. But not only that, as time progresses and the more he practices, Andrew was able to get stronger with his power. Like a muscle, if used too much it will break. Like a muscle it could also become stronger. Andrew and his friends were breaking the limits of their powers slowly as the movie progresses.

Nineball: All throughout the film he seems to be fond of cameras and tries his best to keep cameras floating around him if possible. Andrew himself said it was like a barrier between him and the world, and that's the way he likes it.

Armored Gorilla: You gotta admit, having a bunch of cameras and phones floating around you is pretty badass in a fight scene. As if you're filing your enemy's demise. From a nobody into a nightmare, this camera wielding Seattle Citizen should be feared.

Nineball: It is pretty badass. However even with all this, it's not enough for him to survive.

Weakness
- His emotions are easily affected meaning taunts will be effective
- Due to Apex Predator belief, underestimates others
- Body is damaged if power is used excessively, such as nosebleeds and arm gushing out blood
- Rage is useful, but also brought his death
- Without powers, still a peak human at best

Nineball: He might be strong in a physical sense but emotionally, he's a teenager. And he's susceptible to modern teenager problems. Or taunts.

Armored Gorilla: With his belief that he's the strongest, he clearly underestimates others. Even his own friends who have the same powers, who are a bit less experienced. When using his powers long enough his body begins to take damage. First nosebleeds, then the other injuries. It might have even kept him angry the whole rampage.

Nineball: And his rage and body are the key weaknesses. Although it does give him a massive power boost, it also removes any finesse he ever had. He becomes more direct with his attacks and almost predictable, but destructive. Add that up with an actual human body without his powers, this is what also led to his death. If he was smart during his rampage, he might never have died from that ironic spear.

Armored Gorilla: Either way, Andrew will be a powerful opponent to Delsin.

"I am an Apex Predator....."

Delsin Rowe
AKA: Banner Man, Smoke Man
Age: Early 20s
Height: ??
Weight: ??
Species: Human Conduit
Occupation: Seattle Hero
Feats:
- Took down the local Akuran Gang, and the DUP, a seven year old military conduit organization that regularly takes on conduits
- Defeated several powerhouses of Seattle such as Hank, Fetch, Eugene and Augustine
- Saved the Akomish Tribe from a slow death and became a hero in Seattle alongside Eugene and Fetch
- Shut down Curdan Cay and freed all the imprisoned conduits
- Silently took down a group of DUP soldiers and vandalized their base and soldiers without them knowing

Nineball: Delsin Rowe. The first Native American video game protagonist I've seen.

Armored Gorilla: He's also one of those 'second generation conduits' that existed. Or a type of conduits that weren't really affected by the RFI despite the ending to inFamous 2 saying otherwise. I'm a fan of the previous two games you know.

Nineball: Ha! Talk to me when you finished both games and the spinoff on the hardest diffic-

Armored Gorilla: I platinumed all of their games.

Nineball: ... This isn't brag about your awards. It's a Death Battle...  Regardless Delsin's a conduit. Formerly a normal person, he became a conduit upon meeting Hank Daughtry and the DUP. Instead of your typical I want to save the world day, he instead has a smaller goal. To save the Akomish tribe that the DUP have hurt during their visit to his home. Only way to save them is to 'absorb' the DUP Leader's power. That way he can get rid of the injuries that were slowly causing his people to die. Oh and yes, we are going to go with the Good Karma Delsin. It is the Canon path after all.

Armored Gorilla: Small steps at a time. It might be the canon timeline, but that doesn't make the evil karma path non-existent. It's just... an alternate timeline now.

Nineball: So following the good path leads Delsin to go into Seattle and hunt down Abigail. He makes a couple of enemies, he makes a couple of friends which he influences to become heroes instead of psycho killers, and in a short time he became the hero of the place. Soon he turned the city against Augustine and despite being betrayed and his brother dying for him, Delsin stick to his good morals and defeated Augustine. The story of Second Son is not as great as the first two games, that I agree with. But I'm not letting that hold out against me in this Death Battle.

Armored Gorilla: Yes. Equal odds must be done here. So let's talk about Delsin.

Nineball: Indeed. Delsin Rowe is powerful conduit with a unique ability compared to others. He can mimic or absorb powers upon physical contact. How this exactly works? No idea, could be related to him changing his entire physical or elemental structure to compensate for a new body. But either way he gets new powers by shaking hands with people.

Armored Gorilla: If I was him I'll be shaking hands with a lot of people.

Powers:
Power Absorption
Currently Smoke, Neon, Video, and Concrete
Telepathic Perception

Nineball: He absorbed a lot of powers from the people he met, the first one being Hank's smoke powers. Next up Fetch's Neon power, then Eugene's Video and right near the end of the game, Concrete from the DUP Leader. Each one has a certain style a bit different from the other powers, and each one taken from other conduits.

Armored Gorilla: Not only does he absorb their powers but he also absorbs bits of the target's memory. This seem to only works on conduits so far and focuses on how they got their powers. The other conduit who is 'sharing a physical connection' could also sense Delsin poking around in their mind. Really... How weird.

Nineball: Heh, if he tries to steal Andrew's power it would be a cool cutscene. Has a side effect of knocking them both out for a bit and temporarily rendering Delsin's powers useless so that'll end badly for Delsin.

Armored Gorilla: Let's move on to the powers then. First one, Smoke! Or the sub-form of Pyrokinesis. Taken from Hank.

Smoke: Range of getting close and moving about the enemy ranks
- Smoke Shot - Fast attack but low damage output
- Cinder Blast - A blast of smoke for close combat
- Sulfur Bomb - A grenade that chokes enemies with smoke
- Cinder Missile - Powerful destructive rocket that covers a wide area

Nineball: His smoke powers orient more into a get close, attack, and get away playstyle. A scurry around playstyle that deals little damage but focuses on getting around the enemies. This set of power was one of his first and is replenished by absorbing smoke.

Armored Gorilla: Maybe he should save the world by preventing pollution don't you think? I mean he overloads himself with smoke and gets new powers while the rest of the world doesn't suffer from Pollution.

Nineball: His smoke pellets can temporarily choke enemies if he lands a headshot. He can charge up his smoke to shoot out as a blast, stun people with a grenade and launch a destructive rocket that can easily destroy cars in one hit.

Smoke Drain - Heals Delsin and refills his smoke limit or changes his current set of powers. (Smoke, Destroyed Cars, Chimneys, Gas Canisters)
Car Boost - Can use a car to boost his jump by making its fumes explode.
Smoke Dash - Turns into a cloud of smoke that quickly moves around.
Smoke Choke - Knocks out someone silently
- Vent Dash - Allows Delsin to enter vents and quickly get up skyscrapers. Also heals him
- Smoke Thrusters - A gliding ability
Ground Pound - Drops from the sky dealing AoE damage based on height

Armored Gorilla: With this power, Delsin can move about tall buildings as long as they have vents for him to either go inside or boost his jump on. A mobile ability that allows Delsin to go through cars and chain link fences. He even uses it to go through people and take them down.

Nineball: This power is not as strong as the others in terms of dealing damage, except for the Cinder Rocket, but it relies more on moving through enemy ranks. In this case, this would be more important the longer the battle ends up since he'll have a lot of places to absorb smoke from. Karmic Bombs will be discussed further down there.

Neon: Range oriented style that focuses on accuracy
Neon Beam - A short burst of Neon
Stasis Bubble - A grenade that temporarily makes enemies float
Phosphor Beam - A supercharged neon beam. Powerful damage at a narrow target

Armored Gorilla: Ah the flashy dubstep power! You know you're good when you can manipulate dubstep as a weapon.

Nineball: Indeed but it's not dubstep. This is Neon manipulation which he got from Abigail Walker. Manipulating photons and such, this is a style that makes you want to keep your distance while being accurate.

Armored Gorilla: His attacks are stronger, but relies more on accuracy. His neon beam has a slow rate of fire but deals damage. Stasis Bubbles makes enemies float, and his Phosphor beam is a lovely lovely Beam of Death.

Nineball: His Heavy Ammunition, the Phosphor Beam can destroy a vehicle in one hit, and kill any Mook class enemies with one shot. If it hits that is.

Neon Drain - Heals Delsin and refills his neon limit or changes his current set of powers. (Neon Signs, Neon appliances)
Speed of Light - Turns Delsin into a being of light and enhances speed greatly
Laser Insight - Increases Delsin's reaction and shows enemy weakpoints
Neon Thrusters - A weaker version of the gliding ability
Ground Pound - Neon version, no noticeable changes

Nineball: This power can be replenished from absorbing any Neon sources, from signs to appliances.

Armored Gorilla: Dubstep power! A magnificent ability! But it also has tons of cool effects! Delsin is able to turn into an orb of light and move so fast! Floating in the air, launching into the air and even running up walls!

Nineball: Although it is only as fast as a speeding car and not the actual speed of light, when he uses this ability some enemies are unaware of you if they didn't see you use this ability, even if you dash past them. This power also recharges his Laser Insight. His Laser Insight provides him with a great boost in reflexes and allows him to figure out enemy weakpoints with a look. With their weak points visible he can shoot them to either restrain or vaporize them. Makes you feel good being a sniper.

Armored Gorilla: Especially if you shoot them to the head! They explode into tiny little dubstep pieces! Of course he can do this with smoke and video but Neon-izing your enemy is the best!

Nineball: Yup. Delsin's also able to imprison or vaporize enemies with a shot. And since karmically head shattering people isn't karmically locked, Delsin can do that. Gorilla, you seemed more energetic about this ability than I am.

Armored Gorilla: Well.. It is dubstep power.

Nineball: It's not.

Armored Gorilla: It is. No words from you will change how cool it is to manipulate dubstep. Tell me one game where you can do that!

Nineball: I... Delsin also has neon thrusters but they're less effective. Of course the Speed of Light makes up for that.

Armored Gorilla: Hey! Don't change the top-

Video: Versatile style of combat and traversal
Video Torrent - Ultra fast low damage projectiles
Bloodthirsty Blades - Lock on powerful rockets
Video Blade - A large heavy but powerful blade for a melee weapon
Ground Pound - Same as above

Nineball: His third powerset, borrowed from a gamer named Eugene Sims. A power that is versatile and actually my favorite compared to all the others.

Armored Gorilla: If this game wasn't unrealistic enough they allow you to absorb pixels and turn into pixels.

Nineball: If I was allowed to manipulate the virtual world and be a god inside, and then pull people inside said world, I wouldn't care if it's a nonsensical ability. Like the Gamer Manwha. Anyway Delsin fights with pixels and digital graphics here.

Armored Gorilla: He's able to shoot out a minigun like attack that deals little damage called Video Torrent. He also wields a giant pixel swords that knocks armored units away in two hits. He also fights with his heavy ammunition, the Bloodthirsty Blades.

Nineball: Which is like the Sticky Rocket. Shoot an enemy and the rockets would home in at them. Except for the rockets are already launching out of Delsin's hands the moment he shoots someone. Powerful enough to down a chopper.

Video Drain - Heals Delsin and refills his video limit or changes his current set of powers. (Satellites, Digital Appliances)
Summon Angel - Summons a virtual angel to fight for him
Shroud of Invisibility - Turns Delsin invisible
Video Surge - Summons wings to dash across the air
Video Thrusters - A better version of Smoke Thrusters

Nineball: This power Delsin will have little trouble with in terms of recharging. Digital appliances are everywhere, he even has a phone for crying out loud. You'll need a blackout to prevent him from using this power.

Armored Gorilla: Delsin can also summon minions, while turning invisible. Leaving a decoy behind him. Hehe. The classic leave a fake clone behind. Kinda like Naruto or Wukong.

Nineball: But yes, this is the ability that differentiates this powerset from the others. Delsin is able to turn invisible and move about taking out unaware enemies. They wouldn't even detect him until he turns visible again even if he's pinning enemies. It is a useful tactical ability. Delsin can probably also fake this decoy by just summoning a minion and tricking an enemy.

Armored Gorilla: Not only that, Delsin also has the best gliding ability. His Video Thrusters are a better version of Smoke Thrusters, and the dash is very fast. It allows him to form angel or demon wings and dash at such a fast speed. To the point that it's faster than his 'Speed of Light' and he can shoot while using it. Lesson learned. Take video game powers over being able to use the speed of light. It's FTL.

Nineball: Yeah, no. Finally it's time for Delsin's last power. The one he obtained from his nemesis. Augustine.

Armored Gorilla: We'll only use abilities Delsin showed that he's capable of using.

Concrete: A style that focuses on damage and durability
Drain Concrete - Heals Delsin and refills his concrete limit or changes his current set of powers. (Concrete)
Strength of Granite - Makes Delsin stronger and able to take on more damage
Ground Pounder - Powerful Area-of-Effect melee attack

Nineball: This is probably the power that's easiest to recharge. The only reason Delsin can't recharge everywhere was probably because of Gameplay Mechanics.

Armored Gorilla: Lots of places we stand has concrete. It's pretty simple to just absorb the concrete.

Nineball: In this form, Delsin takes a much more battle oriented style. He can take on more damage, and dish out a lot of damage by slamming his boulder fist to the ground and creating an explosion of rocks.

Concrete Shrapnel - Rapidfire bursts of concrete projectiles
Concrete Barrage - Launches five shuriken like rock projectiles
Boulder Dash - Allows Delsin to bowl over vehicles and enemies
Concrete Thrusters - Indefinitely allows Delsin to hover upwards
Concrete Boost - Boosts Delsin upwards

Nineball: Delsin can also shoot out a rapidfire burst of concrete projectiles. Kinda like the Video Torrent attack from the Video Power.

Armored Gorilla: He can also throw out... Five disc like rock projectiles? He can throw out rock shurikens that explode on impact? How does that even work!?

Nineball: No idea, but it has a good amount of scatter or blast range. Can take out multiple vehicles with it. Like most 'rockets' of the powers it can destroy a heavily armored DUP Truck. Delsin can also encase himself in concrete and run a bit faster. When he uses this in midair, he floats for a bit. On the ground? Get out of his way whether you are a civilian or a vehicle or you will be knocked away

Armored Gorilla: Move bitch! Get out of the way!

Nineball: Reminds me of a certain infected biological terrorist. Either way, it's a good move to get close, but not as fast as the other dashes. What this power focuses on is its glide. The Concrete Thrusters allow Delsin to hover upwards for long periods of time, and even boost himself upwards for a couple of times. If this was true then like Augustine, Delsin can hover for as long as he wants to.

Armored Gorilla: A pretty nifty ability for something he ends up using late game. It's a shame it doesn't have an ultrapowerful attack like the other powers.

Nineball: Ah indeed. The Karma Bombs

Karmic Bombs - Requires Full Karma
Orbital Drop (Smoke)
- Launches to the sky and slams down to form a large explosion
- Powerful enough to clear the Space Needle of a DUP station
- Cleared a parking lot filled with people
Radiant Sweep (Neon)
- Lifts every enemy around him and shoots a barrage of neon rockets
- Can destroy a large group of enemies
Hellfire Swarm (Video)
- Summons a rain of angels to crash and defeat the enemy
- Powerful enough to sink a DUP made island

Nineball: His famous Karma Bomb is his Orbital Drop. Used both in his live action trailer. This move has Delsin gathering smoke for a second, ignoring bullets, then soaring into the sky like a free eagle!

Armored Gorilla: And like a power user who enjoys his powers, he grins at the camera as he does that, then begins to fall down accelerating at top speed.

Nineball: The explosion that follows subdues any enemy that was caught in the blast, and destroys anything else. Powerful enough to clear the Space Needle of the surveillance camp up there. It's the only karma bomb does need to be used outdoors though.

Armored Gorilla: Another flashy use of dubstep power is Radiant Sweep. Gathering energy into his hands and making everything around him float, he channels his inner Goku and releases a heavy barrage of dubstep rockets! Which either blinds you by its awesome or subdues you after making a couple of explosions appear out of nowhere.

Nineball: Last but certainly not least, but still last, is Hellfire Swarm. He summons a large amount of angels from the sky, and causes them to divebomb the targets Delsin could see.

Armored Gorilla: The power of gaming amazes me. Still, I wish they had him pull enemies into the virtual world and crush them there.

Nineball: That would be pretty cool. But sadly no. Either way, the angels summoned home in on targets and subdues anyone they hit. Civilians are left unharmed. Funny enough, this helped in the destruction of the DUP Concrete Island that Augustine built.

Armored Gorilla: Such powerful moves that can be casted as long as you have a full Karma Bomb Meter. Nearly instant too.

Nineball: Good Karma Delsin can earn points for his Karma Bombs by by subduing enemies, helping out downed civilians, and beating up tyrants. The only way for him to get these moves is to focus on beating up a tyrant, aka, his enemy in this death battle. It'll be a hassle to hit him, but if he lands a couple of hits, that's one Karma Bomb for him! Also we'll start with Delsin having a full Karma Bomb for the sake of it. Now for the few remaining misc abilities.

Basic Conduit Abilities
Strength
- Easily pulls off chain link door fences
- Effortlessly pulls off his brother from
Durability
- Does not take damage from very high falls
- Gets back up from point blank explosions
- Ignores bullets while using a super power
Regeneration
- Was shot and has a hole in his stomach, gets back up right away without a scratch
- Recovered from being tortured in a week

Nineball: Delsin is strong enough to pull off his brother's arm without much effort. His brother was clearly in pain when he does that. Delsin also pulls off chain link doors without a sweat, the ones used to house imprisoned civilians or conduits.

Armored Gorilla: I feel like a message is being sent out to someone with that chain link fence feat.

Nineball: Delsin is also very durable, surviving falls from great heights without a scratch. He also regularly takes on bullets and gets right back up after being hit by a point blank explosion. He even regenerates mid battle healing off old wounds. Although not as durable as Cole, Delsin is more than just a human with powers.

Armored Gorilla: He's also able to recover from a gunshot that punctured two holes on his stomach when he recently got his powers. Regenerating smoke like nothing. Another one is that he was able to recover from having concrete shrapnel impaling his legs! It took a week though.

Nineball: Ouch! That's the same ability that would've killed the Akomish tribe slowly if it weren't for Delsin saving them. Either way, Delsin was saved from such a fate by his regeneration. Will that be enough here against Andrew?

Misc Capabilities or Items
Misc
- Element Form - When Delsin absorbs a certain element, his body becomes exactly like that
- Restrain or Vaporize - Usable in all powers
Items
- Chains - Used as a weapon
- Phone - Used as a map
- Spray Paint - Spray Painting Skills
- Parkour
- Stealth

Armored Gorilla: When he regenerates he seems to be made of the element he's using though.

Nineball: Also applies to him unlocking new powers. He's more of an energy being instead of a human that can contain energy. A bit different from Cole.

Armored Gorilla: Strangely enough he can also heal, execute and restrain people with his powers. For smoke he uses ashes for all three. For dubstep, he wraps them with neon wrappings to restrain them, and heals or executes with the use of photons. For video he traps them to the ground with swords to restrain them, well basically you get the point.

Nineball: Only thing different between these is that Concrete doesn't have a restrain or execute ability.

Armored Gorilla: Delsin also has some nifty tools for everyday use for any normal superhero.

Nineball: He has a chain for close combat, a phone and a Spray Paint Can. Invoking Kratos or the Hell Rider, Delsin can use the chain as a weapon. With smoke he uses it like a flaming chain, slamming down people. For Neon, he wields a lightsaber sword.

Armored Gorilla: It's the dubstep sword! Bow down to it!

Nineball: Indeed it is an amazing sword. Can be formed anytime. Delsin doesn't use the chain for his other two powers though. On the other hand the phone he uses to contact people, track certain signals or people, take pictures. It also has a cool Sly ringtone. He does it use mostly as a map though. And for the Spray Paint Can... It's really just desire to... Maybe taunt people?

Armored Gorilla: He did that in the Live Action Trailer so taunt Andrew?

Nineball: Yeah sure. Finally, Delsin also practices parkour like Cole. When he was young he was already climbing trees and rocks on Salmony Bay, the place he lived in. Co-Founder of InFamous also said that Delsin can parkour two times faster than Cole. Last skill of the day, Delsin is also proficient in Stealth.

Armored Gorilla: On a Live action trailer, he went inside a DUP Base and vandalized everything. The trucks, the soldiers, the weapons, the walls, the everything! He even took out a group of soldiers without no one freaking noticing. That's pretty badass you know.

Nineball: Stealth is noted but this is a death battle. That won't be useful against Andrew I'm saying it now.

Armored Gorilla: Oh... This is the part where we talk about Delsin's weaknesses?

Weakness
- Aside from durability has no proper defensive powers
- Reliant on energy sources for replenishing his energy
- Can only use one ability at a time
- Can be cocky at times

Nineball: Yes. Although Delsin is very versatile he doesn't really have a defensive ability. Of course his evasive and mobile nature makes him focus on mobility based skills it still makes it a problem if he's ever pinned down.

Armored Gorilla: He's also reliant on energy sources and can only use one power at a time. If he needs to change his style, he needs the source first. If he gets seen recharging, no doubt his enemy will take advantage of that.

Nineball: Delsin can be also very cocky. It leads him to underestimate others but not as much as Andrew. And that's about it for Delsin. The Death Battle will be written shortly.

"You are not... in control!" Message to Andrew.

Armored Gorilla: So Andrew is a squishy and efficient supervillain while Delsin is a squishy and versatile superhero. Both from Seattle. This Death Battle takes place at around dusk and a storm is coming. Better be ready for this Seattle Fans. There's going to be one hell of a storm later!

Nineball: The Apex Predator versus the Smoke Man, who would win this Death Battle!

Armored Gorilla: *whispering* By the way, I think I was enthusthiasthic enough. Can I go now.

Nineball: Nope! Stay here for up to the death battle!... Well this is it. The prelude to my first death battle is done. Time to wait for the responses and let the readers tell what they need to say.
Took some time but researched them. All of the info are here! Unless I'm missing something, but probably not. Anyway this is the Prelude for now. I'm either going to start off with another Death Battle Prelude or go with this Death Battle.
So yeah, first time making something like this.
Please leave a review and say who do you think would win!

There's actually one thing about Delsin's spray paint that a lot of people don't know about. Is that Delsin can combine it with his smoke powers to turn it into a flamethrower, using it as an attack an opponent wouldn't see coming.
