Good and Evil Cole

Feats: 
- When he had no powers, was run over by a freight truck and recovered in three days
- Survived a 6 city block explosion and became one of the strongest conduits in existence
- Easily got used to his powers and kept getting stronger and stronger
- Took out the First Sons, an organization 100 years ahead of the current world, quite easily in the comics
- Ended the Empire City Quarantine by defeating the Military and ending Moya's plan
- Frequently survive lethal and destructive things with minor injuries
- Ended the Ray Sphere Plague and permanently killed the Beast saving the world in the process (good)
- Later on led the extinction of the world (evil)
- One of the few that unlocked a secondary ability
- Absorbed lightning bolts in the middle of a storm
- Fought beings such as Ryu and Ken in Street Fighter x Tekken
- Fought the likes of Dante, Raiden, Ratchet and Kratos in Playstation-All Stars Battle Royale
- Defeated numerous powerhouses and factions such as:
* The military, quite easily too
* Sasha with her mind controlling tar, and mind controlled Reapers
* Alden Tate with his powerful golem and minions

* The Militia, and the Corrupted which can easily curbstomp the military (cutscene for arms race) and Bertrand
* The Vermaak 88, one of the largest elite military whom recently ice powers that could easily stomp the modern military (cutscene for arms race). Even taking an entire base of one in the middle of the storm
* Took out the Beast twice with no assistance easily, also held off the Beast and Lucy Kuo at the same time (good). Take note that the previous 2 factions were easily defeated by the Beast

- With no powers, survived in a 6 City block explosion
- Gets right up after a rocket launcher
- Unharmed by a gigantic tower crashing on him
- Survived bullet fire from a minigun without much damage, and toxic acid that easily destroys cars
- Survived attacks from David who was easily stomping the military with pure strength alone. Corrupted and Ice Men also counts
- Survived being crunched by the Beast, something that easily threw a giant statue over a few city blocks with one hand, when he was using two hands
Enhanced Stamina
- Never tries out after weeks of fighting and not even eating
Enhanced Regeneration and Vitality
- Can regenerate from gunshots in seconds if unharmed
- Recovered from an injury that should've killed him, in three days when he had no powers (freight truck)
- Immune to the Ray Field Virus and Sasha's mind control tar which controlled a city's worth of people



Electric Powers

Conduit Body
- Highly resistant to electric attacks, and could not be electrocuted even if being used as a conduit for a substation
- Able to manipulate electricity within their body
- Could store more than gigawatt's worth of energy based on substation feat
Electric Drain
- Capability to store any type of electricity into their body ranging from bio-electricity to natural electricity
- In the process recovers energy and heals them
- Even fighting in the middle of an army can be a breeze if there's a constant source
- Can set generators to recharge while at the same time draining electricity from it mid battle
Electric Release
- Can release electricity as attacks
- Usually powers up anything powered by electric sources with this
- Can be released in multiple ways
- All can easily down opponents in a hit
- Apply electrocution effect stunning opponents for a quick moment
- Can recharge objects
- Amount of electricity is controlled and if hitting an ally, seemingly does no damage



Enhanced Physical Attacks or Close Range
- Physical attacks are amped up to provide electric effect
Gigawatt Claws
- Focuses what could be a gigawatt's worth of energy into a blade
- Easily kills or stuns any weaker enemy
- Can shred a giant's flesh, which was undamaged by a building buster bomb

- Can easily electrocute anyone with a touch
- Causes gunpowder and explosives to explode with a touch

- Made from the wood of a crucifixion cross, forged off of silver from Solomon's temple, and submerged in holy water in the Vatican city
- Applies burning effect to any undead
- Easily kills any sort of undead with this weapon
- Powerful enough to kill Bloody Mary with this

Radar, Radar Pulse and Psychic Vision
- Allows Cole to keep track of his surroundings with a wide distance
- Allows Cole to see geological location, electronic signals, height and water levels
- Senses people, hidden enemies, energy sources and unnatural anomalies (scrap spiders and blast shards)
- An upgrade allows Cole to perform distant X-rays and track diseases
- Even detects hostile intent
Memory Effects and Future Sight
- After a quick scan of corpse's brain, allows him to see last memories
- Can find clues on how they die and who their killer is

- Releases a continuous stream of lightning towards anything aimed
- Branches to multiple targets
- Drains energy at a faster rate
- When weaker opponents die, they trigger an electric explosion

- If a bolt hits an enemy, recharges Cole

- Improved homing ability
- Headshots automatically trigger explosions that deal 2x damage
Scythe
- Fires five interlinked bolts
- Great range and accuracy
- Lower fire rate and damage
- Can easily power up fuse boxes and lampposts with one shot

Sadistic Blows - Enemies killed or headshots without skull bolt have a chance of triggering electric explosions


Compressed Energy attacks
Grenades
- Has the force of a frag grenade
- Can easily restrain a human target with elecric tethers
- Can easily take out a vehicle or wall in one shot
- Can knock down people down for awhile
Sticky
- Stickiness can be affected, being capable of bouncing on walls before sticking on enemies
- Sticks on targets and then explodes
Stalker
- Short ranged
- The grenade bounces around following nearby enemies
Cluster
- Can be released in a cluster
- Each deals same damage but has smaller range
- Sticks on enemies
Electrocution
- Leaves a field of electricity that stuns and roots opponents
- After a set amount of time detonates with a smaller blast
- Can be drained for electricity
Double - Grenade explodes twice (Evil)



Rockets and Megawatt Hammers
- Easily destroys vehicles in one hit (comic)
Sticky
- Separates to three rockets when close enough and homes in on enemies
- Can bypass and go around shields
Tesla Missile
- Requires large amount of energy
- Can easily kill anything in one hit, even powerful Ice Crushers, multiple times
- Can be steered from afar and may provide vision

Missile Bolts
- Often used when overcharged
- Costs no energy
- As destructive as rockets and has a fast fire rate
- Can reach beyond city block level

- Can redirect rockets with a lightning bolt
- Moves at least 3x faster compared to before
- Can track down teleporters with this move
Reverse Gravity - Rockets may cause a reverse gravity effect

Tripwire Rocket
- Releases two rockets with electric tethers connecting them
- If wire hits someone, both rockets slam into the target



Electromagnetism
- Can magnetize objects
- Turn a small metallic object into a lethal weapon
- Can redirect rockets accurately at the last second while moving
Kinetic Pulse
- Stronger variant and uses a shockwave
- Weaponizes any object causing them to explode depending on size, even a pizza box
- Smaller objects have faster velocities
- Can use this on enemies and lift them for some time
- Can use the 'flying car' tactic with this


Shockwaves and Blasts
- Can redirect rockets and thrown stalagmites
- Can easily get through shields
- A shockwave could easily lift a car and send it spinning on the air a couple of times before landing (without upgrades)
-- Force required to lift a typical car would be 8.9 KN
Detonation
- Releases a mass of energy nearby and can stick to targets
- Will explode sooner or later
- Can be shot to explode sooner
- Can leap off of it
- Cole takes no damage from this
Sniper
- Small size
- Very far range
Omnidirectional
- Can release a larger and much more powerful omnidirectional shockwave
- Typically kills any weaker being nearby

- Can invoke reverse magnetism and ignore gravity causing targets hit to float for a bit

Punch
- Lesser width
- Farther range and knockback
Electrocute - Also electrocutes anything caught


Utility Oriented
Improved Static Thrusters
- Gives Cole the capability to fly indefinitely (end game)
- Allowed Cole to fly away from a black hole (Beast fight)
- Can enhance grinding capability
Induction Grind
- Allows Cole to grind on wires, rails and power lines
- Gives Cole energy and heals him from injuries
- Can apply to vertical poles and allows Cole to launch himself from generators
Pulse Heal
- Heals others from light injuries
- Can affect multiple targets
- May be possible to perform on self
Arc Restraint - Restrains enemies with electric tethers, even ones that have super strength
Bio Leech - Drain bio-electricity from an enemy
- Good karma never locked this ability out meaning Bio Leech isn't only for Evil Cole
- Evil karma temporarily overcharges Cole



Lightning Tether and Hook
- A tether of electricity
- Long range and can pull Cole towards targets
- Can also pull targets, even cars by a large distance
- Can electrocute too if it hits
- Can be used as a whip
Polarity Wall
- Large shield cast on one hand
- Converts bullets and energies, even other lightning, into energy for Cole
- Possible to perform with two hands



Secondary Abilities
Cryokinesis
- Only on Good Cole
- Allows Cole to manipulate ice
- Allows Cole to deal with water
Icicles
- Allows Cole to shoot out icicles
- Can also form a volley and then cast off with a shockwave
Ice Grenade - Can freeze targets and form obstructions
Freeze Rocket - Can freeze multiple targets if it hits and deals high damage
Ice barrier
- Can form an ice barrier in front of him
- Can act as a shield or knock up enemies
Ice Launch
- Summon a pillar or block of ice to launch upwards
- Block of ice could deal damage to enemies nearby/under the block
Frost Shield - Just like the Polarity Wall
- Potential to control ice blocks/giant ice blocks, shoot out ice beams, summon freezing mists, and perform ice slides


Pyrokinesis
- Only on Evil Cole
- Allows Cole to manipulate napalm and tar
Napalm 
- Allows Cole to shoot balls of napalm
- Can be tossed as a grenade that could easily knock down a chopper's elevation
- Can be used as a landmine that grapples enemies who step on it, possible to use as a grenade
Nightmare Blast
- Kicks up a cloud of ash
- Stuns enemies hit for a bit of time
- Short range and low damage, useful for CC
Hellfire Rockets
- Powerful and devastating
- Wide area of effect and fast speed
Giga Punch
- Charges up a devastating punch
- Deals fiery damage and could easily stun anyone
Firebird Strike - Flies at a direction dealing high damage with a fiery blast



Vampirism
- Allows Cole to absorb blood off of anyone swiftly killing them
Vampire Senses
- Allows Cole to track vampires with visions and pulses
- Allows Cole to read hidden messages
Shapeshifting
- Allows Cole to transform into a swarm of bats
- Fuelled by the amount of blood he consumed
- Untouchable when using this move


Ultimate Abilities - Overload
Karmic Overload
- Cole's energy supply becomes infinite temporarily
- Enhanced by doing 'karmic things' such as helping people out or if evil killing people
Generator Jump
- Causes Cole to recharge and release arcs of lightning everywhere
- Electrocutes any non-friendly target nearby but only lasts for some time
- Requires a generator and constantly grinding
Overcharge
- If Cole uses his body as a conduit on a substation or absorbs enough energy, unlocks new powers
- Faster flight and infinite energy
- Missile bolts and much more powerful attacks are given


Ionic Abilities
Ionic Freeze (Good only)
- On a straight path, releases a blast of cold air
- Can easily freeze opponents and deliver cold effect
- Also form stalagmites that pierces and damages opponents
Ionic Drain (Evil only)
- Cole drains the area around him before releasing a powerful fiery blast
- Anyone caught in the blast will die
- Fully recovers Cole's energy and health
Ionic Vortex
- Summons a miniature electric tornado that picks up anything on its path
- Travels a straight distance and lasts for some time if left alone
- Can be controlled if Cole maintains it (steers it)
- Electrocutes anything caught inside, causing any cars or explosives to be pulled in to explode
Ionic Storm
- Rain of lightning bolts maintained for five to ten seconds
- Can be steered for massive destruction or target an opponent
- Can be shot at multiple directions towards running opponents
- Very accurate and fast as lightning
- Also a channeled version, allowing Cole to call in multiple lightning bolts from the sky without the need to maintain it (Beginning)
- Also possible to use own electricity instead of ionic charges
- Destroyed:
* A monster curbstomping the military, unfazed by a building buster and absorbs electricity
* While killing above monster, also sank an aircraft carrier designed to house conduits
* Disabled force fields if lightning bolts hit for a second or two
* Destroyed the Beast, which needed a nuke to go down
* Can easily one shot anything it hits

- Evil Cole has been given the Beast's powers
- All stars and evil capabilities above are taken

Power Giving and Boosting
- Can give powers to conduits
- Can also enhance powers of conduits, meaning self too
- Gave someone flight and Cole his X-ray power
Enhanced Magnetism and Gravity Powers
- Allows Cole to manipulate gravity causing anything nearby to float
- Pulls enemies closer with electric tethers and prevents them from performing actions
Enhanced Pyrokinesis
- Allows Cole to summon gigantic balls of fire
- Same level as Beast meaning it could easily sink large ships
- Fireballs explode repeatedly
Enhanced Electrokinesis
- Was able to shoot out giant beams of electricity 
- Thunderstorms easily reached opponents above the skies

Shapeshifting
- Allows Cole to transform from his normal self, to a gigantic titan
Teleportation
- Gives Cole the potential to teleport on long distance in the same manner as the Beast
Gravity Powers
- Allows Cole to create pseudo black holes
Energy Source
- Gives Cole infinite and constantly regenerating health

- To ability to communicate long distance messages

- Was able to cross the US within a few days even when fighting an army

- Can fight even with half a face missing
Enhanced Regeneration
- Heals their faces back in a couple of minutes
- Regenerated from atoms
- Pulled himself together after taking a nuke
- May form a black hole when respawning
Powerscale
- Easily goes through military army and defeated the Ice Men and Corrupted, also capable of beating the military
- Easily led the devastation of Kessler's world
- The moon was destroyed on Kessler's flashback because of the Beast
Ray Sphere Blast
- Triggers a powerful fiery blast that could easily wipe out a city
- Kills anything that doesn't have the conduit gene
- Summons new allies that will fight for the Beast with their newfounds powers

Kessler Abilities
Flash Step/Teleportation
- Could easily travel long distance with this ability
Shockwave
- With a casual punch or uppercut, summons a powerful shockwave
- Can have long range, street length
- Can affect knockback (low or knock someone off to another building) and damage (deal little or high damage)
Ground Pound - Capable of creating a miniature expanding earthquakes with a simple punch
Phantasms
- Can summon phantasms out of pure energy
- Invoke mind rape effects but can also take a couple of hits
- Can be summoned multiple times
Lightning Burst - Shoots out a burst of lightning that looks like a beam
Electric Lift
- Able to lift people with ease, electrocuting them in the process
- Pretty long range since it covers Ground Zero
- Can toss people around too
Grenades
- Kessler has a landmine-esque grenade, detonating when someone is nearby
- Can be shot around as a volley
- May be manually detonated
- All of the above are amped up
Mental Attacks
- Can send own memories into a target
- Requires to grab their head and force memories onto them
- Can also perform mindrape with this ability in conjunction with his phantams move
Barrier 
- Constantly has a barrier that defends him from damage
- Able to take on a lightning storm
- Vanishes time to time when Kessler is resting
Drones
- By seemingly ripping out a rift of time, can summon three grenade launcher drones
- May also be created out of materials
Robotized Body
- Has a mechanical arm
- Enough strength to outpower Cole in the beginning
Time Travel
- Can go on a one-way trip back in time
- Assumed to be possible to use only to go back in time
Physical Striking Strength and Durability
- Higher striking strength than Cole
- Survived Cole's lightning storm long enough to leave a message
Stamina - Seems to get tired time to time due to age
